Planning and account management

Delivering joined-up marketing activity and working effectively with your own team and other agency partners requires good planning.

Fresh Egg’s planning approach is based on the SOSTAC® marketing framework, which enables our team to translate your business goals into realistic campaign objectives, set out the proposed strategy and tactics, and identify and agree appropriate targets and KPIs with which to measure and report on success.

Structured planning is usually completed in quarterly cycles, and involves your technical lead, designated account manager and other project team members as required.

We use productivity applications such as Google Drive to ensure our activities integrate with and complement other marketing campaigns and projects you're working on. Responsibilities, dependencies, objectives and activities are all clearly defined and transparent, and your detailed roadmap is available for you to review at any time.

Account management

We provide a designated senior account manager to manage our relationship with your team and the combination of Fresh Egg resources employed to achieve the objectives set out in each customer’s roadmap.

We only recruit exceptional account managers - most of our team have previously held client-side digital marketing positions. They are passionate about results and providing a fantastic service to all of our customers, regardless of size.

Each senior account manager reports to one of our three account directors, who in turn report to our client services director and commercial director, all of whom take a keen interest in every customer’s online performance.
