This is a Web Analyst or Senior role devising measurement strategies, implementing tracking, deep-diving into the data to extract actionable insights as well as the creation of performance reports, creation of automated dashboards and supporting the efforts of other internal teams with data are the core elements of the day-to-day business.

 

As part of a team of specialists within an integrated digital marketing agency, the Web Analyst will be working closely with members of other teams and senior clients and stake holders. The team provide training both, internally and externally as part of Fresh Egg’s service offering.

 

  • Proven experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment
  • Advanced ability of working with analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.),
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
  • Experience working with Google Adwords and/or other paid search platforms
  • Passion for data visualisation using a variety of tools and platforms
  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives

What is the role?

 

This is a very busy Senior project manager role within a top 100 digital agency. You’ll need to be able to handle a fast pace and look after a number of digital and web projects and consultancies.

 

You’ll work WITH our clients (not for them) through the delivery process, from kick off meeting to launch, to ensure they get the finished product they need by managing the project team to time and budget.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We’re looking for a bit of a bossy boots, but in a good way. Perhaps you’re the oldest child or the organiser in your family. You’ll no doubt have a system for everything and nothing is left to chance.

 

You get on well with people, so they take your direction happily and want to do a good job for you as much as for the client.

 

You’ve also got to be able to push back in those situations where it’s needed. You know, if the client’s asking for a little more than they were promised.

We’re looking for a proven Business development director/consultant to join our new business team to personally source, target and win new business for Fresh Egg in line with the company’s wider goals and financial targets.

 

An understanding of digital is crucial in order to work with prospects on a consultative basis and create bespoke solutions from across Fresh Egg’s services to fit their requirements. You should be a self-starter who is able to build solid relationships both with clients and internally.

 

As Business development director, you will actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing tailored proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new accounts to the client services team.

 

Skills, knowledge and experience…

 

  • Two years or more in a digital agency senior, consultative, business development role
  • Proven and impressive track record in winning high value work for major brands and delivering against annual sales targets of £500k+
  • Experienced at leading and co-ordinating complex and strategy-heavy pitch/tender responses

We’re looking for an experienced biddable expert to strategise and manage biddable requirements for our existing client base. You will also consult with and advise clients on performance, management and innovation within the fields of paid search, display and paid social, giving support to our business team.

You will be passionate about delivering the best for your clients, which will involve immersing yourself in client’s businesses and markets and having a thorough understanding of their objectives and other marketing activity, then utilising this knowledge to inform your work.

This role is part of a small team so you will be the go to person for biddable within the company, working with key stakeholders on how biddable integrates with Fresh Egg’s other service offerings.

This is a UX designer role with a bit of a twist. You’ll need to have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to users, but you’ll also appreciate the value of using data to support your ideas and in proving their success via split testing.

 

You’ll work WITH our clients (not for them) to analyse, understand and solve conversion problems and opportunities. You’ll then conceptualise solutions, test them, and report how awesome your ideas proved to be.

  

  • Build up an accurate picture of target audience demographics
  • Use knowledge of target audience groups and their motivations/fears to construct optimised journeys from first touch point to conversion, and beyond
  • Construct informed and high-quality hypotheses that suggest solutions to remove blockers and/or enhance persuasive signals
  • Review quantitative data to help identify where customers are running into usability or conversion blockers at various stages of their journey
  • Review qualitative data to help build a picture of what the usability or conversion blockers are for users.
  • Prioritise hypotheses that are to be split tested 
  • Set up robust split tests 
  • Monitor the progress of tests, interpret their results and draw additional critical insight from them 
  • Use ingenuity and experience to work around complex testing blockers

Right now, we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic content specialist . We are looking for someone with proven experience of carrying out content audits of websites, creating content strategies and implementing these with a variety of content marketing activities. This role will involve working with regular clients and on one-off projects, to deliver a variety of content work.

 

The level of experience can vary, however if employed at a senior level, the candidate will also be expected to have a key focus in owning the content service offering for Fresh Egg and having a fundamental role in developing the commercial proposition of it, in line with our business goals and objectives. Involvement in the pre-sales process will be a requirement too. This role will not suit a beginner.

 

Having relevant proven agency experience will be extremely beneficial, especially if candidates can provide examples of content strategies and subsequent content activity they have implemented for clients.

 

A good understanding of SEO, social media and other digital marketing channels will be an advantage. Content creation is not a key part of this role, however may be required from time-to-time and therefore is an important skill to be able to demonstrate.
