Our client services team is growing, and we’re looking for a strategic, commercially savvy Account Director to join us.

About the role

Role: Permanent, full-time

As an Account Director at Fresh Egg, you will be responsible for some top tier and enterprise clients, driving client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth. You’ll enjoy taking the lead on strategic client relationships, ensuring we provide top-notch service delivery, impactful results and client experiences that result in long-term partnerships.

Taking a consultative approach, you’ll spot and proactively create growth opportunities, collaborating with your account team and clients to develop digital marketing strategies and business cases for further investment.

You will form trusted partnerships with your clients with ease. Viewed as an extension of your clients’ internal teams, you’ll provide consultancy to help them deliver better business outcomes and ensure evolving client needs inform Fresh Egg’s product and service innovation.

We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, a knack for solving problems, and a proactive approach that inspires those around them.

This role will offer the right person considerable opportunities to learn from our team of experts at Fresh Egg, working alongside some incredibly smart and talented individuals who are specialists in their field.

Skills, knowledge and experience…


• Strong knowledge/experience within our digital channels
• At least two years of account direction experience at a similar level
• Excellent written, verbal, planning and organisation skills
• Ability to build rapport and good relationships with clients, key stakeholders and internal teams
• Good presentation skills and experience of facilitating client meetings and workshops
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate effectively.
