All of our training courses are run by a senior member of the Fresh Egg team.
Julian Erbsloeh, head of analytics
Julian had worked for publishers and jewellery specialists before finding his love of digital and completing an MBA at Brighton University. After just two years at Fresh Egg, he was heading the insight and analytics team due to his extensive knowledge of online data measurement and strategic business vision. A passionate advocate of analysis and optimisation, he has been a guest speaker at several industry events.
Nate Wood, strategy director
Crossing the fence to paid search in 2006, Nate worked for BeatThatQuote.com, which was later sold to Google and powers its finance comparison products, 4MAT,
When not hitting things as an experienced martial artist, he loves collecting comics and is an amateur drummer.
Luke Hay, conversion services director
Luke started his career in the digital media industry working for a number of agencies, before managing the Wired Sussex website. After many successful years there he became UX and research director for another digital communications agency before joining Fresh Egg in 2015 as a conversion strategist.
Outside work, Luke is heavily involved in UX when not running or playing football; he is one of the main organisers of UX Camp Brighton and organises regular industry events.
Duncan Heath, strategy director
Duncan has been at Fresh Egg since 2009. He started in the SEO department, went on to lead our conversion services offering, and then moved into the role of strategy director. Duncan’s extensive digital marketing experience and test-and-learn approach has seen him advise some of the biggest brands online. He can be frequently found as a guest speaker and moderator at industry events.
Steve Teece, head of SEO
Steve joined Fresh Egg in 2009 and as our head of organic search, manages a specialist team of technical SEO managers, content specialists and social media managers. Steve's experience, analytical approach, in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and encyclopedic technical ability has seen him continually deliver outstanding results for our clients. A regular at industry conferences and events, Steve has a down to earth and hands-on approach to SEO ensuring its delivered with the right balance of art and science.
