About the role

Who we are and what we’re looking for…

Are you a user-first designer with an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences?

We’re looking for a talented and thoughtful UX/UI Designer to join our collaborative team and work across a variety of digital projects, from sleek website builds to innovative product interfaces.

Fresh Egg is among the leading digital marketing agencies in the UK. Our mission is to uncover customer challenges and transform them into digital success. We don’t employ cogs to fit into a machine, we employ exceptional individuals who can help us to consistently outperform expectation.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the UX/UI design of new and existing client websites. Designing leading, best-in-class websites to the highest standard and working with front and backend end developers to complete web projects
  • Creating user-focused, accessible, and visually compelling interface designs.
  • Owning the Figma process—including prototyping, best practice implementation, and maintaining design systems.
  • Running client workshops, gathering requirements, and contributing creative ideas to pitches and proposals.
  • Liasing closely with clients to uncover business needs, understanding target audiences, the competitor landscape and any technology requirements
  • Partnering with our user research team and examine insights and findings

What you'll bring to us...

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience designing websites and/or digital products in a commercial setting.
  • Are fluent in Figma and confident using it for prototyping and systemised design.
  • Are experienced in facilitating workshops and leading client conversations.
  • Have a good grasp of user-centred design, accessibility standards, and interaction design principles.
  • Are confident collaborating with developers, strategists, and account managers.
  • Can effectively balance user, business, and technical requirements.
