Talk to us

Our programme with Cala has won Campaign of the Year – Media/Marketplace at the Experimentation Elite Awards 2026. It has also been shortlisted for Best Use of Digital from the Property, Construction and Facilities Management Sector at the Digital Impact Awards 2026.

The Experimentation Elite win means a great deal to us.

As we shared when Cala and Agria Pet Insurance were shortlisted, these awards recognise the work behind a strong experimentation programme.

A win at the Experimentation Elite Awards 2026 is one of the most respected pieces of recognition a team can be awarded with for conversion rate optimisation and experimentation.

We went into the night shortlisted in two categories: alongside Cala Homes in Media/Marketplace, and Agria Pet Insurance in Finance/Insurance and are extremely proud to come away with a trophy, particularly given the standard of the competition. The Experimentation Elite Awards are judged by some of the UK's most experienced CRO practitioners so this is peer recognition in the truest sense.

Huge credit goes to Tim Richards and the wider Fresh Egg and Cala teams for the care and collaboration that work takes.

Meanwhile, the Digital Impact Awards look at digital communications across sectors. Being shortlisted there, for our work with Cala Homes, shortlisted for Best Use of Digital from the Property, Construction and Facilities Management Sector, is particularly pleasing: it places the Cala programme alongside other work in property, construction and facilities management.

Thank you to Cala Homes for trusting us to work on the journeys that matter to their business, and to both awards teams for the recognition.

Why a second, different kind of recognition matters

The Experimentation Elite Awards judge you on the discipline of experimentation itself: the quality of the hypothesis, the rigour of the testing, the size of the impact. They're judged by people who review thousands of experiments a year, so winning there tells us our methodology stands up.

The Digital Impact Awards have a different lens. Run by Communicate magazine, they set the benchmark for digital communications and stakeholder engagement, judged across sectors rather than by discipline. Being shortlisted there for our work in property and construction says something we care about just as much: our work doesn’t win CRO awards, we produce intelligent experiences that stand out across the entire digital ecosystem.

The track record this sits on top of

None of this happens by luck. Across our client base we achieve a 40% test win rate, against an industry average of 12% (Optimizely's analysis of more than 127,000 experiments), more than treble the rate at which the wider market produces statistically significant winners. That consistency is the difference between running experiments and running an experimentation programme that reliably compounds value over time.
