About the role

A fantastic opportunity for a Digital Executive to join the Marketing team supporting the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • To work with the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager to develop and execute a company-wide Website and App strategy and plans that ensure the delivery of short- and long-term company and regional volume and revenue targets

  • To support and execute campaign plans on the website and app, including customer journey planning and content deployment, testing, landing page creation, UX and design

  • Manage all website content via the EPiServer Content Management System, including basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript editing

  • Work with various stakeholders to source content (copy, imagery, video etc.). Guiding and influencing content creation to ensure it best meets business objectives and industry standards.

    Regular analysis of website performance and industry developments to inform decision making.

  • To work with the SEO Manager to support the development of SEO strategies and plans and execute these plans directly and through the regional marketing teams. To develop and provide over-arching SEO "best practice" for use across all websites

  • To analyse and review results of website and app activity to ensure optimum web performance in line with KPI's

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of digital design principles.
  • Creating and updating websites
  • Website marketing and App Marketing experience ideally learned in well-respected marketing-led companies
