These screening calls included questions based on the job role and the client's values and ethos. The team were able to identify suitable candidates quickly due to their digital knowledge and experience recruiting in this sector. Post-screening, we provided a shortlist of talented candidates to review. Our talent-finding process saved KFH's in-house team valuable time by eliminating the need to screen these candidates themselves.

The outcome

Having had a good experience working with us previously, we were KFH's first port of call when they needed help recruiting in the digital sector again.
