With 8 out of 10 charities looking to improve their website next year, are you confident about what you must do? A new website's average cost and time investment are substantial, so you must get it right.
At CharityComms 2023 Digital Conference, our speakers, Cath and David, will explore and share how to validate whether you can improve or have to launch a new website, how you best make this decision using a combination of research techniques, and what the path beyond this looks like.
Cath and David are speaking on November 9 at this two-day event (8 - 9 November). It will be a great, informative talk - don't miss out!
David Somerville - Strategy Director
Having joined in 2012 and undertaken a number of roles, in 2017 David moved into the role of Strategy Director, with a remit to help clients with their digital marketing strategy. A stand-out project that David provided strategic direction on was called “Good Thinking”, an NHS online service that has the aim of improving the mental wellbeing of Londoners. The project won eight awards in 2018, including a Drum Search Award and DMA Silver Award. During his time at Fresh Egg, David has spoken at a number of industry events, including the CharityComms annual conference and written articles for websites such as Econsultancy.com and SmartInsights.
Cath Foster - User Research Director
Cath began her career at Equi=Media, helping to shape the agency’s paid search proposition and team. She broadened her digital knowledge at Dot Zinc, creating affiliate and digital marketing strategy for money.co.uk. At Mindshare, Cath was a digital lead across multi-million-pound customer accounts and large search team. After a short stint at ASOS heading up biddable media, Cath joined Fresh Egg in 2013 as Account Director leading on cross-channel strategy and planning for several key clients. She more recently moved to a specialist role as User Research Director to explore a passion for developing a better understanding of audiences and how this can be applied to digital experiences
