Written by Luke Hay - 02 Sep 2020

The inaugural Conversion Elite Awards will take place in September, and Fresh Egg is excited to have made the shortlist in two categories. Our Conversion Services team have made the shortlist for Agency of the Year, and Conversion Strategist Jacob Parazo has made the shortlist for Young CRO Practitioner of the Year.

The Conversion Elite Awards are for Individuals, Brands, Agencies and the Tools and Tech they use. They are the only awards in the UK dedicated to conversion optimisation and they recognise the best campaigns, individuals and tools in CRO. The awards aim to recognise those who have excelled in the area of optimising website performance.

The Conversion Elite Awards are for individuals, brands, agencies and the tools and technology they use to improve user experience. They are the only awards in the UK dedicated to conversion optimisation, and they recognise the best campaigns, individuals and tools in CRO. The awards aim to identify those who have excelled in the area of optimising website performance.

The conversion services team at Fresh Egg is currently made up of five individuals from a variety of backgrounds and has over 50 years of combined CRO experience. Team members have worked in-house for recruitment brands, travel and eCommerce as well as working agency side for a wide range of different agencies. Bringing high-level knowledge and experience of A/B testing, user research and analytics to the table, the team can take on any conversion challenge and deliver industry-leading results.

Head of Conversion Services Dinah Alam was delighted to see the team shortlisted.

"It's great to get some recognition for the hard work that the team has put in this year. It's also brilliant with Jacob shortlisted for the Young Practitioner. He's achieved a lot in his first year with us, and he deserves credit for that."

Conversion services have become an increasingly important area for Fresh Egg, and the team have already worked on a variety of projects for a wide range of clients in 2020. As well as running large-scale A/B testing programmes for numerous clients, the team has also completed various forms of user research to give insight into how people are interacting with websites in challenging times.

It has also been great to see one of our clients nominated for the In-house CRO team award. We work very closely with the CRO team at The Open University to help optimise their website for prospective students, and their nomination is testament to the team wanting to improve user experience. The current circumstances have meant that the awards ceremony has made the switch to become a virtual event. The event is available via stream for everyone who made the shortlist on the evening of September 28th.
