As our client base continues to expand, we are in search of a talented Senior Front-end Developer to join our dynamic web development team. You will have the exciting opportunity to work with our cutting-edge tech stack, which includes our latest edition of a headless Umbraco CMS with a React/Gatsby front end. Fresh Egg is one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the UK, dedicated to uncovering customer challenges and transforming them into digital success stories. Skills, knowledge and experience…
Working across our key client accounts, you will manage website development integrated with Fresh Egg's other services. Utilising your expertise in semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you will bring static designs to life, delivering captivating and immersive user experiences for our clients' audiences. Your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge front-end technologies like React and Gatsby to build responsive and interactive interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our server-side code. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset will be crucial as you work closely with our server-side developers to ensure smooth integration of client-side and server-side functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high performance websites and web applications
• Mentor team members enabling them to achieve their performance targets
• Support presales activity
• Contribute to providing timing estimates on work
• Manage sometimes complex client/stakeholder feedback
• Ensure mark-up and code adhere to the company development standards
• Create and implement A/B, Multi-page and MVT tests for an enterprise level client list
• Learn conversion platforms that may include Webtrends Optimize, Monetate, Qubit, Optimizely, etc.
• Discuss technical solutions with stakeholders and providing innovative new ideas to solutions
• Work closely with designers and Conversion Optimisation team as well other Fresh Egg teams
• Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies
• Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies
• Identify, evaluate and share resources, tactics and techniques, freely sharing knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas across the agency
• Work independently and be self-motivated to achieve project deliverables.
